Help Heroes
In helping employees with their work, JS&D Consultants’ employees, we established the “Help Heroes” program that foster the university students and young professionals. This program helps to close the gap between the classroom knowledge and the world outside there making sure that the future talent is set for it.
Help Heroes
Skill Development: Help Heroes is thus an attempt at building such attributes as communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. By using such tools as the workshops, practical assignments, and coaching, we assist the participants to develop the right levels of self-esteem and the required skills to succeed in todays’ workplaces.
Career Guidance: In addition to training, we provide the services of professional career advisers that help the clients with preparation of the resume, job interviews and job searches. The purpose of this website is to guide students and young employees in choosing the direction for their career and be unique to employers.
Networking Opportunities: they also require the participants to fill out profile to network with specialists, employers and fellow participants to increase chances of getting job opportunities.
Employees and students that successfully engage in Help Heroes earn invaluable experience, clarify occupation path, and establish valuable relationships. JS&D Consultants’ main goal is to assist the next generation of leaders to perform optimally in their careers and bring positive changes in the respective societies or organizations.
